Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into rooms and provide a view of the outdoors. However, if the fall protection required by building code is provided with a conventional metal railing, this obstructs not only the view, but frequently also blocks the external view of the façade. The transparent French balcony HUECK Lambda FB 042 is the elegant alternative.
The technically proven solution enables a uniform, harmonious appearance for modern, filigree glass façades.
The glass fall protection is inconspicuously attached to the window frame with vertical support profiles, without altering the overall visual appearance of the façade. Glass widths of up to 3,000 mm are possible in this version. HUECK also provides a version with horizontal retaining strips for glass widths up to 1,600 mm. HUECK was the first manufacturer to develop an approved, particularly discreet solution with a flat, unobtrusive profile to protect the upper edge of the glass.
